• Tags and Packaging: All original product tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact and attached.

• No Odors: Items must be free of any odors, pet hair, deodorant, or makeup stains.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns sent without an RA number may experience processing delays.

3. Package and Ship: Securely package the items, including a copy of the original invoice or the RA number clearly written on the package exterior. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (which typically takes 3-5 business days after delivery to our facility), we will send you an email notification.

• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
